The food quality was terrible, leaving much to be desired for anyone expecting a decent meal. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable or enjoyable stay."

Fuji Speedway Hotel - The Unbound Collection by HyattOyama
10/10 Excellent
The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels.
I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence.
